ISO settings with SB-900

still new to photography, but grappling with the big bad SB-900
to me it's already an achievement to have made the flash work remotely!
however, I have no idea how to play the ISO settings when using flash.
I use a Nikon D90

Don't worry about setting the iso on flash

The one thing to remember is shutter speed control your ambient light and aperture your flash light, so if you lower your shutter speed it will let more ambient in (lighter background) upping your ISO has the samer effect
