It depends on the light available to you though. It's difficult to get rid of noise caused by high ISOs, but it's easy to add noise in PP if you want that look.

If you want B/W, the Channel Mixer will give you better B/W than the setting in the camera. If you want the graininess of a higher ISO, you can add it in Photoshop afterwards. You can't make a photo that was B/W in camera into a colour photo. And you can't get rid of the grain from a High ISO.
