Issue in removing grains or creating fine image :(

Thanks a lot guys. Really appreciate your help. One of my friend did below (which also look good) but I cannot get hold of him to remove the text "Demo" from this picture
Can someone please help? If possible by using original image

If your "Friend" did that good of a job on it, why not keep trying to get in touch with them to clean it up and give you a copy without the Demo on it? Sounds a like suspect to me. Why wouldn't a friend give you a copy of it without that on it? Maybe because they are expecting you buy it? I wouldn't touch it because of this, other than to remove the noise like imagemaker did.
