It seems that your images are underexposed and lacking contrast. That's the nature of digital cameras, so locate the control where you can do a + or - exposure when you shoot. Try selecting + 0.7 or +1.0 You can leave it at that setting most of the time. If you have Photoshop or something like it you may need to give the image more contrast. Also, you need to sharpen photos usually, and in #3, get rid of distracting white spots at top right. You could put bushes where the parking lot is. Better yet, see if you can change your angle to avoid things like parking lots.

All the photos, except #7, look under exposed to one degree or another, because what should be white looks gray.

For more detailed C&C I recommend posting one image at a time. It takes a lot of time and effort to do a good job of C&C on 8 photos.
