Nice shots Robbin. How many captions could you add to that birds expression? Here's the first...

Hmm.. maybe something with a bit more commercial possibilities:

You have still got the touch, great shots. Ed

Thanks Ed.. always good to know I might be able to fall back on my photography someday - it's about all I've got, my poetry sucks. Lol

You need to start putting names to some of these critters, the only 2 i know are the last ones lol

#3, that's Gary right ???

Well one and two are of undocumented migrant prairie dogs. #3 is a lizard. And.. his - um, life partner. #4 is a really fat bird with a serious attitude problem. I call that one "Blind Date". 5 & 6 are just included in case another random kitteh war breaks out again.. lol.

Really nice. Just love that first meerkat. You really captured the look.

Excellent. Glad you're back and hope to see more.

Love the shot of the snake. And of course, the kittehs

Edited: Love the shot of the lizard. Because apparently it's a lizard. Who knew? Okay, others knew. Me, I thought it was a snake

Those lizards are super cute!

Great shots, Banana-breath!

(Judging by everyone's expression though it looks like you interrupted the celebration of National Apathy Day!)

Nice pics, glad to hear you're on the mend.

You have been so missed.

Great set I just love that last one.

Great shots!

nice shots,

Missed your pics Todd, and by the looks of it, timon & simba missed you too!
Love the lizard shot btw

Nice shots Robbin. How many captions could you add to that birds expression? Here's the first...

Frogmouths always have this sad, unimpressed expression(probably because of their name)

You and your photos have been dearly missed! great set!

Thanks folks - doing fairly well all things considered. One of the lions at the zoo gave birth to a fairly good sized litter of cubs, including a fairly rare white one - hoping to get back to the zoo soon and with any luck get some pictures of the cubs.

what did happen to you anyay? I just kind of looked around and noticed you weren't here...

Sounds a lot like my last marriage. Where the heck did she get off too? Kids? Hey.. have you seen your mom?

Lol

Got myself in a little fender bender, nothing to terribly serious but it has kept me off my feet for a while.

Very nice. I especially like the tiger.
