Well, today has been a great day for me. I met with my Dad (whom I rarely see or talk to, and he's never really done much for me over the years) after work last night, and he bought my boyfriend and I dinner. For about the second time in his entire life, he is helping me out with my situation I'm in right now. My car is fixed, and I actually have the money to pay it. I spent the night at my boyfriends place and today we did some more shopping to get a few more things for his new house. Stained some cabinets, hung some of his paintings, did some general cleaning, and now he's pretty much all set. All in all, it's been a really laid back and relaxing day. I REALLY needed it, too. Tommorrow I'll go to work til 2 then come home and clean my apartment. And Sunday is work and boyfriend. So that's my weekend...and my Friday the 13th wasn't bad at all.
