So, it's my turn. I'm taking pictures every two weeks or so just to document - sometimes in a hurry now, because standing too much time is fatiguing for her, so some pictures are good only as memories. However, I think some are a little bit better - the ones I selected here (not as serious as usual, maybe).
I recognize at least some issue: something related to WB in #1, maybe due to wooden floor reflection?, and too much power in the bump light of #4 (old Sunpak still to be fully understood, snoot at first usage, + trigger). Noise in #3, I do not know why is more evident after Flickr upload (however did it playing with ISO6400, so somewhat obvious).

I like number four. Not for anything technical but because, to me, she seems to be a very caring person. I'm not sure how you captured that as I am the farthest from a portrait person as can be possible. I wished I could do that. I suppose if I were to practice.

Thank you for not doing the bare belly baby bump with an overlay of the sonogram type photo.

You seemed to hit the focus correctly on all of them. Perhaps #2 is slightly over-exposed. I've never been a fan of tilted portraits but then again, like I said, I'm not a portrait guy so what do I know?

Good luck on the documentation and congrats on the children. I wish you both well and will keep you in my thoughts.

I like the first one, good light, and the hand on the forehead and slightly exasperated look captures the exhaustion of pregnancy well, IMO. The angle on #2 is a little high for my tastes, on #3, I would focus on the hand on top of the belly, rather than the slightly more front focus you have. #4 is a bit of a goofy expression, IMO.
And last but definitely not least-congratulations!

Davis: I agree on #3, and of course also on #4, however she liked this one more than others (we try to find the light side of pregnancy - even the #1 was on that direction).
Agent: I too I'm not for tilted portraits, however in this case it was somewhat "natural": I was leaning out the external stair

No need to be formal, you can call me Drex for short. I've had the name AgentDrex for eleven years now, wow. I used to also go by SolidMorph, tripstone, magiccarpetrideX, leaetherstripfan and in the analog world, Craig.


I'm going out on a limb here, so stop me if I'm wrong but I bet we'll be seeing baby photos real soon.
