Here are some decent shots that I have taken of some birds here in New Jersey; I really appreciate criticism (and praise as well ).

1. Ring-Billed Gull (1/4000 f5.6 iso400 300mm)


2. Philadelphia Vireo (should I remove the branches that he is not standing on?) (1/3200 f5.6 iso800 300mm)


3. Snowy Egret (1/4000 f5.6 iso400 300mm)

Nice shots, I particularly like the egret. Yes, I would remove the branches in the second one, they really don't add to the image and they tend to be a bit distracting.
