Very nice shot, but her left cheek is bit blown out with the highlights.

Doesn't look too bad at all to me. The exposure looks good, it's sharp on the eyes. The only thing that looks like it needs, is a little attention to her mascara on her left eye, which I think you clone out, and perhaps get a reflector down left to provide some fill into the shadow under her nose. Nothing too dramatic needed at all.

I'd have to disagree with that assessment. If you check out a histogram for that image, you'll find that there is very little in there at the highlight end of the spectrum. You might want to take a look at your monitor calibration if that's how it's appearing at your end.

Right-click, save as and open it in an editing tool of your choice. I'll quite often do that just to check what I think I'm seeing on screen. I don't believe I'm doing anything untoward in that, but someone let me know if they think otherwise.
