Jupiter and Saturn

I imaged both Jupiter and Saturn on the 24th. Saturn was at opposition and Jupiter was only a few days past opposition (opposition is the time when the planet is closest to Earth in their respective orbits)

-Captured with my Celestron 8" EdgeHD with a 2x barlow (4000mm equivalent focal length)
-Nikon D500
-Captured as video, then the frames were evaluated and stacked using AutoStakkert (stacked the best 24% of 5000 frames)
-Finish processed in Photoshop and Lightroom

Indeed! I wish I could see more detail, especially the Cassini devide. I think I'm at the limits of what I can resolve with my telescope and a DSLR. If I had a mono camera with filters, I could probably get more.
