Good find, i also had an Orbweaver but my magpie ate him one evening. Wasn't happy he did that, because i was enjoying watching him build his web each night.

It’s crazy how fast they can rebuild the web. The web was gone yesterday afternoon from my nephew cutting the grass. It was back just after dark. Forgive the cell phone photo.

Just how big is that beast???
UK does not have such horrors except as a macro subject.
