Nice shot, very crisp, very clean, FANTASTIC detail in the bird's plumage.

[BrentC]

Very nice. Is this a crop? Do you have more of the reflection?

[bulldurham]

Almost full frame..and a lot of debris in the foreground.

[jcdeboever]

Nice exposure

I'm jealous of you guys in Florida for the amount of bird species you have. I should probably start doing like most Canadians and go to Florida in the winters.

Excellent shot, never seen one of them in the wild, yet.

A Juvenile Little Blue Heron is pure white when born and are often confused with Snowy or Cattle Egrets. As they mature, their feathers begin a slow process of molting into a very rich and dark blue; hence the name.

Excellent! And educational.
