I think. hard light on the left side of her face.

That's a decent portrait imo. Especially for only using one light. I don't know about the gold reflector. I don't think the gold/yellow cast adds much to the photo.

How are you with photoshop? I'd clean up the fly-away hairs on top of her head and maybe burn some shadows in. I'd sponge the slight redness from the eyes too.

Also the background is a little uneven in brightness, easy fix too.

I don't like the crop, it's too tight in my opinion but she's a lovely model and your portrait looks pretty good. A little to harsh on the lighting on camera right but overall a good shot.
