Very, very nice. Like the expectant expression. Frame is a little awkward though. Would like to see the top of her head either cut off a little or with some space between it and the top of the frame.

Keeping the loose hair on a dropped background is pretty good work.

Though a slightly lower angle might have been preferable.
also, her mouth is slightly awkward. It's neither open nor close.
