Was this taken through glass? Is that what the glare is from? If you bump the contrast, and/or mess around with levels/curves, this should go away somewhat. I could show you if youd like?

It does need a wee bump in curves or something to bring out the colour of its fur. But it's a beautiful shot of a magnificent animal.
