Kodak tri-x with hc-110 help.

I shot a few days ago a roll of tri-x at 400. It was on my ae-1 with my 1.8 50mm, and I also used a flash. Now im thinking since I did use it at 400, should I dev it according to the massive dev chart for 7 1/2 mins?

Also Sjixxxy what would you do during PP to help out my pics?

i would rate the film at ISO 200 and use 6.5 minutes with solution B
