Kodar vs. Kodet

What are the differences between the two lens types if any? Or are they just named differently by kodak as a marketing thing?

The names Kodar and Kodet were used for large format lenses in the mid 1940s. I believe they may also have been used for lenses on various medium format cameras , such the Autographics, and for enlarging lenses from earlier on. The names were probably applied to particular lens designs but I don't know what those designs were.
