L bracket for vertical shooting

Hi, I want to do some vertical shooting.
I search some plates to help to fix the camera vertically on the tripod.
have somebody tried a plate like this?

What camera do you have? I use an L bracket quite a bit but I use a camera spesific one (sort of) as it lets me access the ports on the side when it's on the camera

Where possible, I get the camera specific bracket, as it fits better, so the camera does not accidentally rotate on the bracket.
This rotation problem is more important when the camera is in the vertical orientation.
It also generally fits better.

Yes, the camera specific brackets are more expensive, but to me, worth it to avoid the hassle of rotation and poor fit.
