Tall and graceful are the Sandhill Cranes. Each step they take appears slow but they are purposeful, as well as their strike when hunting, which is anything but slow.

Thanks, guys! Dean, if you ever see one in person you'll find they aren't like other birds. They don't scare easily, it's as if they know they're large and in charge.
