Hello, I have been playing around with these in photoshop and wasnt sure if they had the impact to be as good as I hoped they were. would you mind taking a look and offering your opinions? Thanks
1. Mt. Whitney through the mobius arch. Taken at f/8 or f/11, focus stacked image of the arch and background. Shot in RAW on a D7000 ISO 1000. Tweaked in lightroom and CS5. Lighting was strange this morning with rapidly changing light. I think the shot would have turned out better with a more traditional sunrise.
2. Taken in Alabama Hills with the Sierras in the background. Single RAW file at f/8. I liked the vibrance of the tree against the desert but think it may lack impact.
3. Huntington Beach. Dont remember exposure settings but HDR with sky taken a few minutes before I got the wave shot I wanted. Worried this one may be too dark & lack enough foreground interest.
4. Little Brandywine Falls. Took this with a wide angle at 10mm. Concerns with it are that it is too brown, and that lens distortion messed up the waterfall line on the left side so it looks wonky.
Thank you for taking the time to look.
