Late Morning Walk

Theres a closed down golf course near my house and the crt path takes me through alot of areas of bushes and other good spots to find small creatures. I usually try to walk some of it each day for exercise, and to find something to shoot.

First shot was taken while standing in mud over my ankles because I didn't realise how soft the ground was. So today I learned not to wear good shoes when stomping through bushes chasing a shot lol.

First one is great, the second two have background clutter issues (hard to find the subject).

BTW, how, in #1, did you get the "spotlighting" effect with the darker corners? In post-prossessing? I rather like it, somewhat subtle and enhances the image IMO.

Yes, small work in lightroom.

Thanks for the comments, I'm working each day to get better. I just arrived in the Philippines for vacation tonight so I hope to find something interesting to shoot while here.
