Layout Adjustment Suggestion

I am possibly too new here and — not trying to be bold — I dare propose to
move the title section to snap the edge of the post and reduce the hight of
the said section.

Something in this direction:

Seen from my end, I exclusively view the forum on my 27" screen and
I did not think of other devices. Should I delete the suggestion?

The Forum layout has recently changed. No more is needed imo.
