The first image I like better than the 2nd.. minus her shoes not having much separation from the black wall. The 2nd would be nice if she weren't wearing that particular necklace. The jewelry I'm pretty sure sits on the wrong side of the fine line between sexy and trashy for me.

The first one has the shoes-lost-in-the-background problem, as noted. There's also a sort of strange color cast in the part of her hair? There's some purple business going on there. Not in love with the pose, either, there's too much stuff visually stacked up. The head, breasts, panties are all pretty much in a line, creating a sort of visual jumble. I think a slightly different camera angle might have made this a stronger image. Also, have her arch her back to push the tits up! If it's not INSANELY UNCOMFORTABLE it's not a sexy-for-the-camera look, unfortunately. Her skin looks a bit magenta overall, now that I start looking at color, which might be what the purple business in her part is.

The second one, I would clean up her skin a bit (there's a mole/beauty mark here and there) and the DoF is off -- it's not clear if you want the necklace in or out of focus. As it is, it looks like a mistake, not a deliberate choice, which is never great. There's also an unappealing yellowish cast to her skin here.

Not bad, though! Most of this stuff the customer wouldn't notice at all.
