I like the dry oak leaves, and the way the twigs curve around the edge of the shot. I'd like it better if your background was more out of focus, so the car isn't recognisable as a car, but perhaps your equipment wouldn't allow you to get a shallow enough depth of field to do that. B&W was the right choice for the overcast light!

I think it would be better if there was not a car in the background, maybe shoot in the other direction.
