Lens and Filter Kit - good buy?

For 19.99 you get a lens hood, cleaning kit and 3 filters.
Should I skip it? or gofer it?

i have a 50mm f/1.4 the description on amazon says that these filters fit that lens.

I wouldnt buy cheap filters. I have before and regretted it. You can get a pearstone hood from bhphoto for like $15 for that lens. It isnt petal shaped though because there is no need for it to be. Save up for a good cpl. Cpl and ND are the only filters that cant be added in post.
