Made myself a tool to calibrate my lenses with today. I'm very happy with the results. It cost me nothing and my pictures will be sharper now 
50mm 1.8: -14! (this was my main motivation for doing this. It is much better now)
35mm 1.8: +1
70-300 4.5-5.6: -4
For some reason it thinks that my Tokina 100mm 2.8 Macro (I want this set to 0) is my Tokina 11-16mm 2.8 (and this one to -7). I can't do AF Fine Tune on these lenses if I can't get it to recognize them separately.
Oh ya and for the box it was easy, I had a sturdy square box that the ball head from my tripod came in. I cut a straight diagonal line in the side and slid a ruler into it. Worked really well and it was easy to make. I just found the target online, printed it and taped it to the side of the box.
