Lens for Rebel 2000 ti

Does anyone know of a good lens for this camera. I just bought it and it's much different then my previous. Instead of a little piece of metal catching a slot, there are bearings that catch multiple slots in the body.

Does anyone know of some good lenses that would be compatible with this? I have a 28-80 but I want something with more of a zoom feature. My friend suggested a 28-200 that she has, but she said they're hard to find.
