Lense help for nikon d3000

Hi guys, my name is Tom I'm pretty confused. I'm looking to buy a nikon d3000 but I cant figure out for the life of me if my slr lenses will fit on it. I've searched up and down and I'm starting to get pretty frustrated. I was hoping maybe someone could help me out. The lenses I'm looking to use on the nikon are a Vivitar 70-150mm 2x matched multiplier, a Vivitar series 1 macro focusing 28-90mm lens, and a olympus zuiko auto t 200mm lens. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This place looks really great, thanks in advance for any help that is given!

You can forget the Olympus lens and the Vivitars will only work if they have a Nikon F-Mount whhich Nikon has used, unchanged since 1959.
