Hello,

I have a question regarding lenses. I'm looking to get some good (or at least decent) shots from the club seats at Landshark Stadium (Home of the Miami Dolphins!)

What glass should I put on my D60 to accomplish this? Any help is greatly appreciated.

70-200mm VR if you can afford it. If not 80-200mm.

oh, I thought your question was going to be how to spell lens properly. oh well.

I just photographed a game at land shark not long ago from great seats. these are at 250mm. that might tell you what you want to get... (you'll be farther away)

Camera: Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi
Exposure: 0.017 sec (1/60)
Aperture: f/5.6
Focal Length: 250 mm
ISO Speed: 800

This is when having a super wide maximum aperture and 300mm zoom comes in handy.

What was the crop factor on those?

I shoot soccer with a 500mm.....from the end lines, till they get close, then I switch to the other body and the 24 - 85 mm.

Much appreciated. Sorry for the grammatical error. I''m probably not going to be using this lens all that often, so I don't want to dump too much money into it. Do you think one of these would work, and if so which would you suggest?

Sigma 70-300mm f/4-5.6 SLD DG or
Tamron AF 70-300mm f/4.0-5.6 Di LD
