1, 2, 4 and 5 nothing really grabs my eye...

3 - is a decent silhouette shot, but nothing special.

6 and 7 I honestly think would have been perfect candidates for an HDR try. Cool sunset in both, but the foreground while containing some detail, is grossly underexposed. Could have been a keeper with a well executed HDR.

8 is a decent shot of the bird, but I feel like it may be a bit soft, and I'm not digging the vignette.

I like them! I like 3 and 4.....and for some reason....I like vignetting....people are always hating on it...but I like it! :thumbup:

#3,4, & 8 look great. Ive found the active D Lighting to not make much difference on my d700 or D300s, but you got some nice ones!
