Levitated Mass, Again

That big rock is part of an installation (undoubtedly permanent!) at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. There is a walkway that takes you under it. I've been fascinated by it and the way people interact with it for a few years now, and I've posted a few examples here. Here's one more, from taken last May ('18).

That's 340 tons of coolness! It took $10,000,000 to get that rock moved there and installed, and it all came from private contributions. Moving large objects around seems to be a high priority for philanthropy around here.
