Very nice, but, for some reason, it looks a bit over sharpened in the head and neck region.

Camera/Lens as I did no sharpening on the image in PP. I took 8 shots of him as he broke away from my presence and the focus lock I got was really good as all shots are spot on focused. Here's one more in that series.

Interesting, must be the way the feathers are arranged as the second one doesn't seem to show the same artefacts. Thanks for the clarification.
