Lighting a model from the back in photoshop

Hello. i have some photos of the model which was lighten from the front with softboxes. i want to change the background of those shots to some nice shots from outside of the studio. But to blend her cut out into the background easier I want to find a way to replicate some light which is coming from the back/sides. Anyone knows of some tutorials online or could tell me the way to do it. Thanks.

You could try this. Under the filter tab go to render then lighting effects...
