lighting furniture

Any suggestions on how to light the floor underneath furniture? Currently I have four speed lights on the corners pointed at the floor and flagged so the don't spill, but if anyone has better ideas I am way open.

Didn't you post this on the camel a while ago ?

Same answer, post a shot of the piece and the set up and we'll go from there...

BTW, did you try placing two lights behind the couch on the floor ?
