Most lightning we get in the UK is sparodic and infrequent so capturing it is nearly impossible!

I did have an opportunity a couple of days ago when we were in a lightning storm on site but I thought it'd be a better idea to get off the scaffolding!

that's what i was thinking... that strike looks huge/wide! great captures... the last time i attempted this i got eaten alive by mosquitos....
