Lightroom Hue change specific area

Hello everyone,
Does anyone know how to change the hue (or saturation) of a specific colour, but also of only a specific part of the picture.
Let's say for example there are two dogs of the same colour, but I want to change the hue of only one of them.
Does that make sense?

Not really an option in LR. The best you're going to be able to do is mask (Adjustment Brush) the area you want to change and then see what you can get from a temp. tint adjustment.

That's really a Photoshop job and not typically an option available in a raw file converter although C1 handles it well.

Yep.
There are a ton of edit types LR cannot do.

In Photoshop you would probably want to use the Color Range feature.
