Lightroom mass tagging ?

Can you tag massively pictures with lightroom ?

And I don't mean keywords, I mean adding your business name on your pictures ?

Oh and what about Photoshop Elements 7, would it do that as well ?

Do you mean watermarking? Because if you do, there's a wonderful plug-in called Mogrify that vastly out-strips the watermarking features built into LR2, and best of all it's donationware (you pay a donation of your choice to get a full license).
