Lightroom Question

when i export my pictures at a reduced size, the watermark is readable

But when I export them at the full size, you cant even see the watermark:

any idea why>???

I don't know lightroom...but I'd guess that it's set to a specific size or number of pixels. Is there a way to set it's size as a percentage of the image?
