lightroom2 epson i9900 issues

Hello, first post up here, i apologize if this is in the wrong forum having some issues with either my printer or my software.

when printing my picture packages from light room 2 to an epson i9900, the boarders are inconsistent and uneven and when i cut them out they are always off by 1/8 of an inch every time.

I've tried all the software settings i can think of, forcing borderless and making sure fill is unchecked.

Can anyone out there shed some light on this issue?

Do you have another printer to try? Or maybe you could 'print to file' and have them printed at a lab. Then check those ones. If they are correct, then you know it's a problem with your printer. If they are still wrong, then you know it's a setting or something on the software end.
