lights, camera, action, water

a tripod will be your best friend. it doesnt have to be expensive, mine came with my kit and it works just fine. all you really need is something that can hold the camera steady

yea, I think im getting one for x-mas from a buddy of mine :wink:
 
Oh, and I like the exposure and lighting in the building shots, but ..... it's just a building. Nothing I'd hang in my family room, ya know. Technically, they're great.

The fountain shots are pretty cool.

One suggestion I will offer is to get a Neutral Density (ND) filter. This will allow you to have a slower shutter speed, creaming the water flow, and possibly not blow out the colors at the base.
 
5 and 11 are my personal favs, the colors look spot on and not to exposed.

oh ok, ill have to look into that. how much do those run roughly?
 
Looks great! I would just be careful not to cut off words on signs or the tops of buildings..........great job!
