Little Eve - Feedback plz

Hi,
Here is 2 pics that i took of my girlfriends daughter in her family's Heirloom dress.
I know it's a bit blown out in one side but we both like it that way but plz any feedback. Also want to make her eye's pop in editing but don't know how, i have photoshop elements 7 or picasa.

Eye pop in this kind of a diffused, high-key type of situation will look very faked, very doctored. I think the first of the two photos is the stronger shot.

I agree, the first. I don't like the tilt, though. Cute girl!
