Again, you're letting the eyes be the focal point and the story. I connect with the eyes, and then I try to understand the paint(?) and expression on her face. The way you've included enough dark area to contrast her face is almost like a velvet setting for a diamond. Striking.

The painting on her face is Thanaka, a paste produced from the bark and wood of a tree that is used as decoration (and sunscreen) plus a set of other possibles properties. This is seen much more commonly among women than among men and is often applied in decorative patters or figures (leaves, etc). You wouldn't see much og this among more sophisticated city dwellers.
