I like the lighting. Good looking model. On my phone her hair and hat blend really well with the background thus losing them into the background.

It seems to emphasize the dress at the expense of the model. I think the way the hat and hair blend into the background, and the lack of eye contact, contribute to this feeling for me. But this may be just what you were going for, given the title you provided, and it may have worked very well as a fashion, not portrait, shot.
