A beautiful shot! I like your composition. Not fond of that...whatever it is, at the end of the line of trees - a bit of an eye pull away from the majesty of the trees. It's so small, maybe clone it out?

Aside from that, this one is very strong.

I like the color version better, but I am from live oak country and know how difficult a subject these are to shoot. All that dark against a light sky, you handled it well. I love the detail the color brings out in the resurrection fern. Nice work.

I'm not sure how I missed this. The B&W is beautiful. Fantastic conversion and tones. Lovely.
I agree. I think I would clone out the object in the back of the tree row. It's too "hard" for the softness of the rest of the photo and distracting.

Another vote for the B&W. It has more mystery as the eye goes deeper into the shot, where it gets softer. The only thing missing now is a B&W version with the statue cloned out. Maybe a slight boost in contrast, nothing major.
