live view of c/b negatives

In my collection, i have 50 roles of 35 mm b/w films. I want to check all this shootings to proceed some of them to scanner and further processing.
I found that Android mobile phone Samsung has possibility to use phone camera and see in real time b/w negatives or pics as positive.
So, i would like to do the same with some digital camera connected to PC and using some kind of software like this Android type.
Any advice how to do it is welcome.

From your post, I'm not clear as to whether you have 35mm movies, slides, prints, or negatives.

For movies, the best solution would be to find someone that can transfer them to DVDs. I know it's possible, but I've never done it or had it done. Basically, it involves projecting the movies and simply recording it again with a digital recorder. Although people have gone to a movie theater and recorded the movie with their cellphone, a 'good conversion' involves a setup designed for this kind of transfer, to preserve both image quality and photographic perspective issues.

For 35mm slides, pictures (prints) and negatives, there are a variety of flatbed scanners available at reasonable prices that can do all three in one unit. Not all flatbed scanners can do slides and negatives. The key is that the 'lid' has to have a light in it to illuminate the slide or negative and that is what is captured by the sensor in the scanner. Any scanner can scan prints. There are also specialized slide-only scanners for computers as well. Some even have auto-feed stack-loaders on them to scan a number of slides all at once. But they get rather pricey.

Thank you for the answer. I forgot to wrote ...negatives, each of 36 shots ( Leica format ). My intention is to check such amount ( more than 1600 shots) of negatives in real time, avoiding scanning because it is possible to check with Samsung mobile phone ( Android OS ). I've try to find on net the similar software for PC but with no success. I would like to check negatives, mark some which are interesting, cut them out of role and proceed with further operation / scanning, PS, etc....
