I think #3 is the best because of the water activity and lovely sky combination.
For my taste I would have preferred more water to the left and less rocks to the right to contribute to the feeling of openness.

very, very nice.
If I shot landscapes or studio portraits routinely, the 645Z would be a real temptation.

Nice shots, 3's water action is sweet and number 2 on your second post is the best IMO
