Local Wildlife Refuge Pics using Tamrom 150-600mm

Finally got the time to post some of these pictures. I rented the Tamrom 150-600mm the other weekend and took a hike through a local wildlife refuge.

I'm posting a couple of pics that were taken mostly at 600mm handheld. Please feel free to C&C.

I used ISO 1000 for all the shots. Now that I think back on it, I should have attempted a lower ISO

I think you did a good job, should of went 600mm on the Osprey :)

Where is this place located?
I'm right inside PA and have no issues with driving an hour+ to visit nice parks.

This was the John Heinz Wildlife Park right next to the Philly airport.

Thanks. I wished I went 600mm on the Osprey, but I was still in the learning phase with trying to track at such a long focal length :D

I have to save up a little more money before I can get this lens....then I'll have plenty of time to work on my techniques.
 
Nice set! Gotta love turtles and ducklings on the same log.
