i like the shot, but watch the horizon, it's tilted to left a good bit

Yeah, like matt said, the horizon is tilted. I never used to pay attention much to them, until someone pointed it out to me and then I realized how tilted some of my photos were (well, the horizons in them) lol I actually quite like it in b&w. Looks good!

nice shot. i'd also try to darken the sky a bit and maybe add some contrast to the wooden poles and concrete.

The sky is tilt to left indeed, maybe you can try to correct it in photoshop or an other programm?
Other than that, I like it

Great shot, as others said regarding the horizon is especially true with water more so than land. With water, when the horizon is crooked it can make the water to appear as if its going to leak off of the page.
