long exposure carousel

Can others edit my Photos

I went to a little carnival and took some photos but on a couple of them i got these blurry spots. can anyone tell me what that is and how to avoid it? here is one of them

haha yeah i figured that but is there a way around it? better lens? no filter or protective lens cover?
 
really? ok i will try that. any other options? or feedback on the photos?

you mentioned "no filter". YOu had a filter on? Take it off, especially if its a UV filter. Remember, more glass=lower IQ

I like #4, the placement, color, movement, and the negative space. This one really appeals to me.

I agree #4 is awesome...and really if I didn't know in advance I might not have been able to tell that was a ferris wheel...well done!
