I love the second shot. The rocks look like little islands in a fog and really captures my gaze.

I too like the second shot but the rock in the upper right side made me crazy...it caused the image to tilt more off kilter than it already was (a bit, not much). So, in my edit, I removed the offending rock and then made a slight CC rotation, then cloning back the little bits lost to the rotation. It may not make you happy but it makes my eye a little less weirded out this morning.
